Already have your glass? We’ll take care of the toughening. Using our in-house tempering line, we enhance strength, thermal stability, and impact resistance, delivering certified safety glass with fast turnaround. Ideal for glaziers and builders, all glass is processed to AS/NZS 2208 standards, with optional edge finishing and stamping.
Precision is key. Our CNC cutting and processing deliver custom glass shapes, edges, and finishes with millimetre accuracy. From shelving to balustrades, we cut clear, tinted, low-iron, and mirror glass, complete with holes, notches, and polished edges, ready to install and built to spec.
Already have the glass? We can laminate it. Bring in your own panels for custom lamination using EVA or SGP interlayers—ideal for added strength, UV protection, acoustics, or decorative finishes. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) laminated glass offers strength, clarity, and long-term durability for both interior and exterior use. It resists moisture, yellowing, and delamination, ideal for balustrades, awnings, and facades. EVA also supports decorative elements like prints, fabrics, and coloured films, making it a versatile choice for structural and design-driven applications.
SGP laminated glass, made with SentryGlas® interlayers, offers exceptional strength, rigidity, and safety. Up to 100 times stiffer than PVB, it holds together after breakage—ideal for frameless balustrades, overhead glazing, floors, and structural walls. SGP resists moisture and edge clouding, making it perfect for exposed or outdoor applications where performance and clarity matter.
Annealed and toughened glass are essential components in architectural and interior applications. Annealed glass is the standard float glass, suitable for non-critical installations or for use in laminated form. Toughened (tempered) glass undergoes thermal processing to increase its strength by up to five times. If broken, it shatters into small, blunt fragments, reducing injury risk. It’s ideal for doors, partitions, balustrades, splashbacks, shower screens, and external façades. Toughened glass is also heat-resistant and required by Australian Safety Standards in many applications. We offer custom sizes, thicknesses, edgework, and cutouts to suit any design or structural need.
Multi-layered laminated glass offers advanced strength, sound insulation, and UV protection. Using layers with EVA, SGP, or ballistic films, it’s ideal for secure enclosures, structural glazing, and high-performance projects.
