Dragon Glass Laminations specializes in manufacturing and supplying glass products. Quotes, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

3. Orders & Payments
  •   All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
  •   Orders require 50 percent upfront; balance due upon completion.
  •   Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery
  •   We provide Australia-wide delivery with estimated lead times communicated upon order confirmation.
  •   Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery/installation.

5. Returns & Warranty
  •   Standard warranty applies to manufacturing defects (excludes misuse, incorrect installation, or breakage).
  •   Returns are accepted only for defective products, subject to inspection.

6. Liability Limitation

Dragon Glass Laminations is not liable for indirect damages resulting from product use, including financial loss, business interruption, or safety hazards.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are owned by Dragon Glass Laminations. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in New South Wales before legal action.
